Are you looking for a KYC-free crypto exchange? Then you've come to the right place. Here you will find decentralized crypto exchanges (DEX) and centralized crypto exchanges without KYC requirement. With these exchanges, trading is possible without KYC, i.e. without checking personal data.

Crypto exchanges without KYC (Know your customer)

Since the last crypto euphoria in 2017/2018, attention to the crypto market has increased significantly. As a result, crypto exchanges are now required to carry out KYC (Know your customer). Accordingly, the number of KYC-free exchanges is steadily decreasing. Nevertheless, there are still crypto exchanges without KYC, and there always will be - especially in the form of a real DEX (Decentralized Exchange). The following exchanges do not require KYC verification (as of March 2020).

Bitfinex is one of the top 60 crypto exchanges with over 400 trading pairs and a trading volume of over 40 million USD. KYC verification is not required.

Please note, central exchanges hold your private keys. If these exchanges are hacked just like Mt. Gox, Youbit, Coincheck or Cryptopia, then your coins will also be lost. Always remember Not your keys, not your coins! This means that if you do not hold the keys, then you do not own the coins. With real decentralized exchanges (DEX) such as WAVES, you always hold the private keys. Accordingly, coins on DEX exchanges are safe. Anything else contradicts the basic idea of crypto.

BITFINEX

Bitfinex is one of the top 60 crypto exchanges worldwide (as of November 2019). If you don't need the fiat gateway, i.e. you just want to trade, you don't have to complete KYC with Bitfinex. Bitfinex's UI is relatively well designed, but beginners might be a bit overwhelmed by the many functions. The crypto deposits and withdrawals are, however, easy to understand.

WAVES DEX (WAVES Exchange)

WAVES Exchange is a crypto exchange founded in 2017 that specializes in trading DeFi assets such as tokens, stablecoins, and fiat coins. The main difference between WAVES Exchange and other exchanges is that it operates on the basis of the Waves ecosystem, which offers its own blockchain platform with its own smart contracts.

The WAVES Exchange supports various applications, such as Decentralized Finance (DeFi), NFT markets, and token exchanges. It allows users to quickly and easily trade crypto assets without the need for registration or an account on a traditional exchange.

Another advantage of the WAVES Exchange is its scalable architecture, which enables high speed for trading. It uses its own cryptography system called Waves Cryptography, which is based on the Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA).

Overall, the WAVES Exchange offers users a simple and secure way to trade crypto assets while benefiting from the scalable architecture and smart contract capabilities of the Waves blockchain.

Within the WAVES Exchange, anyone can lease (lease/stake) their WAVES, making the Waves ecosystem more decentralized and therefore more secure. As a reward, everyone receives a secure passive income of around 5-7% p.a. Leasing takes about a minute. You can find instructions here: WAVES staking/leasing Guide. By leasing to the Chaincheck Node you also support the Chaincheck project.

The interface is clear and easy to understand. The crypto exchange TIDEX also offers staking. This means that anyone who activates the staking function at TIDEX will receive rewards and thus a passive income of 5-7%.

Bitvavo

Bitvavo is a relatively new crypto exchange launched in 2019, but it has a lot to offer. Beginners in particular can get along very well with this exchange, as Bitvavo has a very easy-to-use interface in the standard view.

When buying and selling, you won't be confused by any complex charts and bid/ask rates. If you just want to buy or sell quickly, you'll appreciate Bitvavo! If you want to deposit fiat money, you can use SOFORT Überweisung, VISA, Giropay, NETELLER, Skrill and many other options at Bitpanda. Bitcoin.de

Bitcoin.de is not a crypto exchange in the classic sense, but rather an exchange platform. With fiat-to-crypto trading, the crypto owner or crypto seller must transfer the crypto to the Bitcoin.de exchange and can only then post an offer to sell this cryptocurrency. If a trade is made, the fiat owner (crypto buyer) must transfer the money to the person (crypto seller). Only when the person has confirmed receipt of the money does the crypto buyer receive the cryptocurrency credited to their Bitcoin.de account. This is the same for crypto-to-crypto trading with the assets IOTA, DASH, GNT and LTC. This works very well and securely, as the offer creator can only create an offer when the crypto amount is actually reserved on the exchange, and the exchange is only carried out when the buyer has confirmed receipt of the purchased crypto assets.

Binance

Binance is probably one of the best-known crypto exchanges in the world. Within two years, Binance has managed to reach 14th place by volume on CMC. One reason for this is the high number (400) of tradable cryptocurrencies. Added to this is the strength of innovation. For example, staking of the cryptocurrency Tezos (XTZ) can be activated on Binance. This means that anyone who holds Tezos on Binance can benefit from Tezos baking via the Binance exchange.

Of course, the Binance exchange is also available for mobile phones (iOS and Android). The UI is not immediately logical for beginners, so you should first familiarize yourself with this crypto exchange slowly before making your first trades on Binance.
