General use of the website
Hostig
The hosting services we use serve to provide the following services: Infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage space and database services, security services and technical maintenance services that we use for the purpose of operating the website.

This is also our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 f) GDPR.
We reserve the right to check the log data retrospectively if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use based on concrete evidence.
This log data is automatically deleted by our hoster after 30 days.
Cookies
We use so-called session cookies to optimize our online offering. A session cookie is a small text file that is sent by the respective servers when you visit a website and is temporarily stored on your hard disk. Google Analytics, Google Maps, Youtube, Google Fonts
Our website does not use these services/functions. Google Fonts are stored on the hoster. Accordingly, no personal data is transferred to third parties through the use of this website.
Storage duration
Unless specifically stated, we only store personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes pursued. Log data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
Your rights as a data subject affected by data processing

Right to confirmation and information

Right to correction
You have the right to obtain from us without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data - also by means of a supplementary declaration.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
In accordance with Art. 17 para. 1 GDPR, you have the right to demand that we delete personal data concerning you immediately and we are obliged to delete personal data immediately if one of the following reasons applies:
- The personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.
- You revoke your consent on which the processing was based pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 a) GDPR and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
- You object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or you object to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 (2) GDPR.
- The personal data were processed unlawfully.
- The deletion of personal data is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation under Union law or the law of the Member States to which we are subject.
- The personal data was collected in relation to information society services offered in accordance with Art. 8 para. 1 GDPR.
If we have made the personal data public and we are obliged to delete it in accordance with Art. 17 para. 1 GDPR, we will take appropriate measures, including technical measures, taking into account the available technology and the implementation costs, to inform data controllers who process the personal data that you have requested them to delete all links to this personal data or copies or replications of this personal data.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to obtain from us restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
- the accuracy of the personal data is contested by you, for a period enabling us to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
- the processing is unlawful and you have objected to the erasure of the personal data and have instead requested the restriction of the use of the personal data;
- we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but you require the data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims, or
- you have objected to processing pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of our company override yours.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from us, where
- the processing is based on consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 a) GDPR or Art. 9 para. 2 a) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 b) GDPR and
- the processing is carried out using automated procedures.
In exercising your right to data portability pursuant to paragraph 1, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from us to another controller, where technically feasible.
Right of objection
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on point (e) or (f) of Article 6(1) GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions. We will no longer process the personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
Where personal data are processed by us for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you which is carried out for scientific or historical research purposes or for statistical purposes in accordance with Art. 89 para. 1 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
Automated decisions including profiling
You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. Automated decision-making based on the personal data collected does not take place.
Right to withdraw consent under data protection law
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authoritye
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of personal data relating to you is unlawful.
Data security
We make every effort to ensure the security of your data within the framework of the applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities. Your personal data is transmitted to us in encrypted form. This applies to all data transmissions from this website, e.g. your inquiry to us (inquiry), contact to us (contact form) etc. We use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system, but would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. In principle, we only use your personal data within our company.
